Our school ethos is to place the child at the centre of everything that we do. Not only do we aim to be caring to each child and each other, but also to our wider community (including parents and carers).

Our curriculum is underpinned by five key themes which we call our ‘Curriculum Drivers’ as they drive the planning and implementation of our curriculum so that the children’s success is at the heart of all that we do.

The drivers are personal to our school and reflect what we know about our children on entry to the school and the social and educational priorities of our local area and community. Through embedding these in our curriculum offer, we know that our children are well equipped with the knowledge, skills and aspiration they need to succeed throughout their lifetime.
