Principal's welcome

It is my pleasure to welcome you to St. Patrick’s Catholic Primary Academy website. We are a popular and thriving school in the heart of Wednesfield where every day we have the pleasure of welcoming in our pupils from Nursery to Year 6.

We are a caring community that promotes the Gospel values in all aspects of our busy school life. Christ is at the centre of all that we do and we firmly believe in a collaborative partnership between home, school and parish so that together we can support every child to learn and to grow. We aim to develop the uniqueness of each child emotionally, physically, intellectually, spiritually and socially to enable them to reach their true potential as Children of God.

I am so proud of all that we have achieved so far at St. Patrick’s and look forward with excitement to all we will achieve in the future. We hope that your child will benefit in every way from the education received here in St. Patrick’s Catholic Primary Academy and we encourage you all to come and get to know us, the staff, so that we can work together for the best interests of your child. If you do not already know our school you are very welcome to book an appointment and visit.

We are a happy school and one that always welcomes support from our community – we proudly call ourselves St. Patrick’s family.

Another lovely Forest School session in the sunshine this afternoon. The children made some huge bubbles with our natural bubble blowers and had fun popping them.
We also had our first fire pit and the children were really sensible around it. They learnt how to strike a flint in order to get a spark to start a fire and once the fire was well and truly lit, Lisa helped them toast marshmallows and they made smores. Mrs TV also started to make a daisy chain.
We said goodbye to Lisa tonight and look forward to Lynne next week Wilderness Wanderers Ltd
